Foundations are built on solid limestone rock with steel in the main supporting beams and foundation; To provide superior weather protection from heavy winds, tropical rainstorms, heat and humidity, we cover the roofs of all homes with terra cotta tiles.

Low sloped hipped roofs allow for visual continuity and sea breeze. Inspired by architecture of Southern Spain, and complemented and decorated with products of Mexican artisans and craftsmen, our homes has many unique features, such as:
