9) ELECTRICAL
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION WILL ABIDE DESIGN, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT ACCORDING TO SECOFI CODES (MEXICAN UL EQUIVALENT).
SPECIAL ELECTRICAL DUCTWORK OF DIFFERENT DIAMETERS WILL BE USED. QUINZIÑO BRAND BOXES SWITCHES AND PLUGS WILL BE INSTALLED AND ALL THE WIRING WILL BE GROUNDED. NO CONNECTION RIGHTS WITH THE ELECTRICAL COMPANY CFE ARE INCLUDED.
DUCTS FOR TELEPHONE WILL BE INSTALLED, BUT WILL NOT INCLUDE WIRING.
SKY SYSTEM FOR TV WILL BE INSTALLED.
10) HYDRAULIC AND SEWERAGE SYSTEMS
A) HYDRAULIC
ALL HYDRAULIC PIPING WILL BE TYPE "M" COPPER OF DIFFERENT DIAMETERS ACCORDING TO DESIGN. THE SYSTEM WILL INCLUDE A WATER STORAGE RESERVOIR.
AN LP GAS "MAGAMEX" OR SIMILAR BRAND WATER HEATER WILL BE INCLUDED.
B) SEWERAGE
WATERPROOF PVC DRAINS. DESIGN FORESEES
A FAST SEWERAGE EVACUATION WITH SLOPES AT FURNISHINGS AND ODDORS CONTROL.
