We are pleased to show our properties to serious interested parties Of course this is our living and we do this with pride and with the highest standards in our community.

To help facilitate the process we ask that you please give us as much advance notice of your scheduled arrival as possible.

Please Make an appointment and advance.

We try to give our Sellers a week notice of an appointment to show their property in order to fit us in their agenda. Since many of our Sellers will need to meet us at the property and because most of our properties are a considerable distance from our main offices and from our Sellers' home towns  and offices, we will not set appointments unless the party wishing to see the property is in or near the area where the property is located and has called or e-mail our offices to confirm the appointment.

For all the trips to the Costa Maya We charge $100.00 US a day or $50.00 US for a half day (4-hours) or less PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. We also charge for all gasoline expenses. ALL CHARGES ARE REIMBURSED UPON CLOSING. There is NO CHARGE for primary consultation.

We will pick you up at the Airports or Piers in Cancun , Chetumal , Cozumel, or Mahahual or we will pick you up at your hotel.

We will provide transportation to see our properties if your party is of 1 or 2 persons if you plan to bring your family we can help you rent a car or SUV at a moderate price .

We will answer all your questions to the best of our ability and knowledge, I cannot tell you what to buy, nor can I make decisions for you. Only you know what you like and want. My job is to educate you about the markets I work in, and to help you be an informed buyer. I guarantee that by research, analysis and hard work, I will provide you with all the necessary information to make a confident decision about your real estate needs.

We will refer you to competent legal counsel Lawyer or Notary or a CPA to help you decide which form of ownership makes most sense for you.

We will treat you fairly and honestly and will give you the advice as if the money your investing was ours in other  words we put ourselves in your shoes .

We will strive to make your real estate purchase trouble free.
