RENTING A VILLA OR APARTMENT
There are really only three steps to renting a villa. It's very easy.
1. Select A Villa.
This you may have already done. If the villa is available, you tell us that you are interested in renting your selection. We will then create a contract for that villa and send it with "Terms & Conditions" to you.
**Important Point: We can hold a villa from 3 - 7 days. Sometimes with an extension. Your returning the contract and deposit promptly is most critical in obtaining your villa.
2. Sign The Contract & Return It With Your Deposit.
You simply fill out the blank information in the contract we provide you, and send it back to us with your deposit.
A 50% deposit will confirm your reservation.
We will send a copy of the contract back to you after reviewing and signing off on your contract.
- Payment may be made with bank checks, personal checks and
others.
- All checks must be DRAWN ON A U.S. BANK.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
- Final approval of the application is subject to the clearance
of payment. Prices include two wire transfer deposits. Additional
wire transfers are $30 each transfer.
Federal Express Charges
- Sorry, we charge additional for Federal Express shipments.
- U.S. based Priority letter cost is $25.00 USD, 2 day is $15.00 USD.
- International Priority cost is $55.00 USD and Economy is $40.00 USD.
3. Pay Your Balance 60 Days Prior To Arrival.
After your balance is paid in full, we will send you a voucher with contacts and addresses, directions and a printout of the villa to help you identify it upon your arrival.
