ACCOMMODATION PRICES  (U.S. DOLLARS)

RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS

A deposit of 50% of the total cost of accommodations is required to confirm reservations.

This deposit is required within 7 days of verbal or fax Accommodation Request or the reservation will be considered void. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the arrival date. Any reservation made within 45 days prior to arrival date must be paid in full at time of reservation. A confirmation will be sent upon receipt of final payment.

A $100.00 U.S. refundable security deposit will be collected at check-in for loss or damages. Cash only can be accepted.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Any cancellation prior to 30 days of arrival will receive a full refund of the rental amount.

Any cancellation between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival date will forfeit 50%
of the entire rental amount.

Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture
of the entire rental amount.
